Khris Middleton underwent knee surgery after Milwaukee’s first-round playoff defeat, following a season in which he played just 33 games.
Middleton has been one of the most consistent players in the NBA, averaging 18.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 1.2 steals since the 2016-17 season.
Middleton’s draft stock has been affected by injury concerns and the addition of Damian Lillard, but he is expected to have a bounce-back season and maintain his role as the second scoring option behind Giannis Antetokounmpo.
